The location was prime and peaceful, at a short distance from Connaught Place. The hotel was in an exceptional area, so close to VFS Global and Metro, airport and two metro stations.

the location was amazing, near to rajiv chowk metro and the connaught place. we spent evenings at kill the bill, situated 200 metres from the hotel. there were exceptionally comfortable beds and a work desk, tea and coffee making equipment, and tv inside the room. it had garden views.

No complaints.

The location is fantastic, just minutes away from Jantar Mantar and Gurudwara Bangla Sahib, which made sightseeing a breeze. the friendly staff made my experience even more enjoyable.

I did notice that the breakfast options could be improved. While it was good, I found the selection somewhat limited, mainly consisting of eggs and bread.

The venue is placed in a very central position to Visa Application centre. The rooms are excellent and extremely spacious and complete with the bedroom as well as fridge:)))

Had really good experience.

I didn't feel like leaving, so totally recommend this hotel. I liked the place, it was clean & the staff were helpful and very attentive. The breakfast had plenty of selection, the food was awesome! Location: the property was close enough to Rajiv Chowk metro and Visa Application centre and the airport. There was cafe Coffee House, that I found within 5 minutes' walk of the hotel. The service was good during my stay.

I was really disappointed with the uncomfortable extra bed they provided for the third person. It was cramped and didn't suit us at all. We paid extra, yet the experience felt less than what we expected for that price.

I had a lovely stay here! The location was perfect-right near Connaught Place, making it super easy to explore the city. The staff were friendly, especially Ankit at the reception, who made me feel right at home. Plus, the cleanliness was on point, with my room being tidied up daily. Breakfast was decent too; I enjoyed the vegetarian options!

On the flip side, the WiFi was flaky, so streaming was a bit of a challenge. the bathrooms could use some basics like shampoo and conditioner—definitely bring your own! Lastly, it can get a bit pricey for what you get, but if you're okay with that, it’s a nice spot!

Cleanliness stood out , complemented by the friendly breakfast server who enhanced the experience. A broken hot water system marred the comfort, requiring staff to deliver hot water in buckets, and the presence of mosquitoes was quite bothersome. Although the location was convenient near the metro, the overall value didn't meet expectations given these inconveniences.

Room rates are far too high for the basic amenities provided!!! Expect no toiletries in the bathroom, and a lack of transport options nearby makes traveling difficult!!! The shower water stays too hot to be practical!!!

Decent Stay with Room for Improvement

The Beautiful Twin Room was spacious with a lovely balcony, perfect for morning coffee. Dining options were limited, and the Wi-Fi connection was poor. Future guests should explore nearby eateries for better food diversity.

Room cleaning didn't meet expectations. Spotted linen and stained cushions were a letdown. The toilet had persistent water flow issues, disrupting the night, and heavily damaged sink cabinets added to the unsightliness. Breakfast service was chaotic, with a lack of food replenishment and peak hours causing unnecessary stress.

The breakfast offerings were good, particularly noting the delicious vegetarian buffet that kept me energized for my busy days ahead.

The water flow in the toilet would not shut off completely after flushing, which disrupted my nights with unwanted noise.

Where it excels and where it fails

Tucked away from busy streets, the location was fantastic! Just a 5-minute walk to the city center, and the large, clean rooms was excellent, indeed!

The address listed on apps is incorrect, causing a bit of confusion upon arrival. It would be helpful if they could correct this detail for easier navigation!

Absolutely dreadful experience! The front desk lady was unhelpful and seemed to enjoy our inconvenience. The uncomfortably worn out extra bed was unforgivable for the premium we paid for three. I was hoping for a complimentary room upgrade, considering the issues! It's just a mediocre place with little care given, can't believe i paid for this.
